Independent living residences are homes for the elderly. They enable tenants to live independently in private accommodation with communal areas dedicated to community and social life. It has 38 homes (23 T1 and 15 T2) ranging from 30 to 74 m². It is open to all retired people aged 60 and over, who are able-bodied and independent, alone or in a couple (GIR 6 and 5)..
