A new website for Montataire

The Montataire website is being updated. In March 2023, many of you responded to a user survey in which you indicated what you would like to see improved on the new municipal website.

For the past year, the project has been built on the basis of your information. With simplified access to online procedures and a more streamlined, modern look, the new site takes the dust off the current site, which dates from 2011.

The municipality is basing its approach on these values: a tool for residentsdata protection and eco-design to limit the impact on the environment.

Proof of intent a site accessible to all, The site will also be translated into several languages and the textual content will be based on the FALC (Facile à Lire et à Comprendre) method. This method makes information simpler and clearer, making the site more accessible to a wider audience, including people with intellectual disabilities or a poor command of the French language.

One section will be dedicated to online procedureswhere your needs can be brought together in just a few clicks.
For example, you will be able to obtain all the information you need for administrative requests relating to civil status, town planning and education. From the site, you will continue to be able to write to the Mayor, fill in the online room reservation request form, make an appointment for your identity papers or report an incident.

All the practical information you need for everyday life will be on hand, including school registrations, information on activities at the Résidence d'Autonomie and information on how to contact the CCAS...

You'll also find familiar features such as the directory of associations, developed as an interactive map and accompanied by other directories such as those of municipal services and sports facilities.

All the city's events will be compiled in a large diary, allowing you to focus your search on a specific theme or period.

Easier access will also mean that it can be used on all screens: it will be readable on phones, tablets and computers.
